Now Offering New Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Yoga: Suitable for all levels, this yoga technique connects movement with breath. One hour classes start on September 26th at 9 am.

Beginner Yoga and Circuit: The hour long class is specifically designed for the individual who looking to focus on improving balance. Classes start September 29th at noon.

Advanced Yoga: One hour classes designed for more advanced Yoga students start on October 1st at noon.

PiYo (TM): A combination of pilates and yoga movements designed for increased core strength, flexibility and toning. Suitable for all levels, the one hour classes start on October 5th at 10 am.

Authentic Yoga: Designed to balance body and mind, Authentic Yoga is suited for highly stressed individuals and those with joint pains. Available by appointment only, you can select between an hour long or 30 minute private session.
